I bought this sake at a liquor store in Sendai.
It has a fruity aroma from the moment it is poured into a glass. In the mouth, it has a moderate sweetness and a strong rice flavor. It is slightly carbonated and stays in the mouth without any unpleasant taste. It is intensely delicious. Is this because the sake rice is Miyamanishiki?
When drunk cold, it tastes a little sour, but it is not unpleasant. But it is not unpleasant. My daughters' evaluation was also favorable.
This will be a repeat purchase.
