Sake made from "Hanamoi" rice produced in Aomori Prefecture, with a 50% rice polishing rate.
It has a soft sweetness that comes in softly.
It has a strong flavor, but it quickly fades away.
It is not too sweet and has a nice sharp aftertaste, so you can drink as much as you want.
The name "Mukunin" was chosen because "unfiltered" would be too common.
In Kuroishi, there is a restaurant that serves this sake as soba-tsuyu (buckwheat sauce).
