Nanka Yokai
The first Risshun morning pressing in my life! I had asked for Sentori.
Surprisingly, it has a fluffy and sweet aroma. The mouthfeel is a little gassy and has a tender texture. You can feel the acidity from the juicy fruitiness. It is like green apple or grapefruit with soft acidity. The aftertaste is sweet and sour, with a pleasant feeling that lasts for a long time.
When I think of this sake freshly squeezed this morning, it is an exciting addition to the deliciousness.

On the second day after opening the bottle, Wednesday, yesterday, I thought, oh my, there seems to be a change in the flavor. The aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is becoming more citrusy while still retaining a gassy feeling.
Yesterday it was like plum wine, today it seems like lemonade.
With coffee, the natural good stuff has turned into the washed-out good stuff! It's an impossible feeling like that!
Is there such a thing as a cupped type becoming a vinegary iso type in a short period of time?
It's just my imagination, don't worry about it💦.
