Las
I received a mid-year gift from my daughter-in-law's father.
I got it cold (room temperature) right away from Kubota, which I drank the other day.
I always drink sake cold, unless it's a winter drinking party.
It's so good. It's good at room temperature.
Another wine story.
There are many wines that I enjoy as the temperature rises and they open up.
I wish I could enjoy sake the same way.
I would like to be able to enjoy Japanese Sake the same way.

Maybe it doesn't matter much because it's a screw cap, but with wine, a half aged faster than a full with a cork stopper. 20+ years ago, it was common knowledge and feeling. Corks may be of different quality now than in the past, though.
So, I tried to list the content amount for now.
I don't have that kind of sense or palate at all, though (laugh).
