After drinking many other brands, I can once again see that Huayouyaki is my favorite flavor!
The spread of umami in the mouth, the unique pineapple-like ginjo aroma, and the sharpness when swallowed are unmatched by any other sake!
I drink it cold every time, but I always drink it cold, even though I think I might like to try heating it up.
