I was looking forward to the once-a-year Kuroryu's raw sake, Hiira Kotobuki, and this year I successfully secured it again. It is a pure Dai-spec sake with a very delicate and elegant sweetness made from Tojo-produced Yamada-Nishiki sake polished to 35%. The metal lid has been replaced by a glass cork lid, which may not be to everyone's liking, but it is a tasteful product with a luxurious feel. It is easy to drink, so it is easy to drink and enjoy.
