けにょThis weekend, we will open a mouthful from Ura-Nabeshima, a Nabeshima assemblage sake. I drank the hi-ire sake last year and enjoyed it so much that I really wanted to try the nama-shu this year. I am glad I was lucky enough to find it. The complex flavors of sweetness and bitterness give a different impression from the regular Nabeshima, but the freshness of the nama-shu makes it easy to drink. This is delicious.
