It is on the sharp and dry side, but the fruity aroma makes it a "gap" wine. Other than the alcohol element, the overall taste is moderate and protein-driven, so there are different tastes. If you order it in the first glass, you can only taste the alcohol, but if you order it in the second half of the glass, you will feel it is watery and delicate.
