Aizu Nakasho Junmai-Ginjo Yume no Kaori

Appellation: The scent of sake that comes out of the bottle.
Nose: Lightly acidic with a slight tang from a delicious taste
Aftertaste: delicious and bitter
A beautiful sake that is typical of the Aizu Commander. It has the good taste of the Yume-no-Kojo, but it doesn't interfere with the meal.
