Saku" Junmai Daiginjo from the third cheap sake shop.

The following is from Sake no Ya Kagimoto's website
This is a limited edition sake made from "Asahi rice" from Okayama Prefecture. Above all, this sake is characterized by its overwhelming mellowness. It has a warm aroma like freshly cooked rice, and its full flavor is irresistible. It is very easy to drink, but the taste has a volume of umami, so there is a perfect balance of lightness and heaviness. The final part of the bottle is fresh and crisp, with a subtle lingering aftertaste.
Polishing ratio 50%, sake level not disclosed, acidity not disclosed, alcohol level 16%.
