Summer is for nigori sake! I had a hard time opening the bottle of nigori sake.
It is very fruity and easy to drink! The balance of rice flavor, acidity, and sweet richness makes it easy to drink. The shuwa shuwa makes it even easier to drink. I have never tasted nigori sake this good before. I was happily surprised.
I had it with smoked egg, but it would be good with a more robust flavored dish. I would like to make a meal with this sake.
