Yukinokaya is a sake that my father taught me.
I thought it was delicious the first time I drank it, but the second time was more impressive.
When I went to Akita for work, I asked for a bottle of Yukino Kayasha at the izakaya I went into.
It didn't have any specifications written on it, so I was careless, but what came out was Yamahai, which I'm not very good at.
At the time, I was not a fan of the peculiarities common to Yamahai.

I had no choice but to order it, so I took a sip, and it was shockingly delicious.
Is this really Yamahai?
Since then, I've been a fan of Yamahai when it comes to Yuki no Kayasha.
So this time, too, it's Yamahai.
It's getting deep into autumn, so we're going to have a hiyaoroshi.

The peculiarity of Yamahai is very slight.
There are no outstanding taste elements, so while there is a bit of a flatness to it, it has a beautiful flavor typical of Yukino Kayasha.
It also has the umami of a hiyaoroshi.
It is as delicious as ever.
