Good evening, it's Haruhi -Seijitsu- from my favorite cold chrysanthemum ☀️.
This is a luxurious and Occasional sake made with Yamadanishiki & Akaban Omachi ✨.
The top aroma is melon/muscat, with a hint of sizzle, the sunny spread of Yamadanishiki and the soft sweetness of Akaban Oumachi are exquisite, and the finish is a bitterness that comes and goes. The bitter taste comes in at the finish and finishes it off.
