As it was the last day of our stay in Nagano City, we went in search of sake at 10:00 am. After much deliberation over Masumi and Hida's specialty, Hoba-yaki, I chose Taishinshu to accompany the healthy horse sashimi and Hida's specialty, Hoba-yaki. We were very satisfied with both the food and the sake!
