This is my favorite Hanahato. It's delicious.
When it is opened, there is a slight fizz on the tongue, and on the palate, you can feel the fullness and character of unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, while the nose is filled with a pleasant, gorgeous ginjo aroma.
The texture on the tongue and the aftertaste are clear.
The gap between the presence of the first half and the cleanliness of the second half is harmonized by the flower pigeon.
