First time tasting it 🤔I guess I don't have enough vocabulary...💦.
As it warms up and approaches room temperature, the sweetness and full-bodied umami of the rice is strongly felt, and a sense of refreshment comes later. Delicious to drink at room temperature 😋😋.
Also goes well with sashimi👍
