Today is the last bottle of sake I got on my trip last month.
The first aroma is more of a sake aroma than a fruity aroma, a bit like smoked fish.
When paired with ate no sashimi, yakitori, and okara (bean curd), it enhances the spiciness and umami of the dish.
It is a delicious food sake that I felt during my trip.
