NEGII bought it at a roadside station and enjoyed it at my hotel while traveling from Yamagata Prefecture to Miyagi Prefecture on a tour of the southern Tohoku region.
I drank it at the hotel.
The taste was light and went smoothly down my throat with a clean aftertaste.
It was a non-assertive sake that complemented the flavor of the food.
