Well, it was supposed to end with a comparison of the Risshun Morning Press, but both are instant killers ๐.
Thanks to the cold wave, it rarely snows & should not accumulate, but it has started to snow โ๏ธ so-so in the afternoon.
I opened a bottle of SNOW from Akabu, thinking this would be a good situation โจ๏ธ
I carefully opened the bottle, being scared of the opening warning, but it was a very cute "pop" ๐.
The sweetness of the rice is easily felt, while the sourness and bitterness are lightly felt. The aroma is not flashy, but the rounded fruity flavor does not interfere with the drinking experience and gives a sense of tranquility.
Overall, there is nothing outstanding about this sake, and I would like to drink it with a sense of purity ๐ (although I was being gulped down by the side!).
