This is a comment from an amateur drinker. This is one of my favorite sakes. This is my first time drinking Nono-san (which means "Kannon-sama" in the Tajima dialect), and it is a refreshing and easy to drink sake. It has a soft, refreshing, clean taste. The flavor is there and refreshing, and I tasted newness. I am thankful to be able to eat healthy and delicious food today.
