From time to time, I compare sake with my colleagues who love sake and rice in what we call a sake rice study group. It is a kind of inventory release for my non-drinker.
After 10 times, we have honestly run out of ideas. So, here is the northernmost sake available within the prefecture. The most famous sake rice production area is overwhelmingly in the south, but recently Hokkaido has been wonderful.
Naturally, the aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma. It probably has a muscat flavor, and the sake tastes like an easy-to-drink food sake. In the end, I am not sure about the difference in sake rice.
