In memory of my brother,
Tonight we had a bottle of Moriboshi from the Matsumoto Shuzo brewery in Kyoto, Japan.
It is slightly fizzy and fruity, but crisp.
Sadly, it was very tasty and I drank it in one gulp ✨.
