しゃくやく
It was recommended to me by a sake lover at work and it was my first time trying it.
It has a gorgeous and fruity aroma. It has the sweetness and flavor that only a Junmai Daiginjo can have. It goes well with dishes that have a distinctly richness and flavor.
Tonight, I enjoyed it with salmon roe.
