I wanted to try this sake, but I found an easy-to-drink size in Kyoto, so I brought it home.
This time, I brought it home on the rocks! The aroma is unusual. It has a sweetness and astringency from the aroma that could be mistaken for red wine. The soft and viscous brewing water, which goes in easily, gives off a sweet and sour feeling that is very intense.
