Good evening! I'm back 🙋 . I hope you are all doing well, although the weather is changing rapidly every day, with snow falling in a blizzard, and yellow dust flying in with warmer weather. As the end of the fiscal year is approaching, farewell parties are being held in various places, and I had a dinner party the other day with a couple who are also my business partners and friends. 😄😄 The restaurant is called "Umigohan Shimaka. I have been interested in this restaurant for a long time, but I have never had a chance to meet them. 👍 The restaurant is surprisingly deep, and the second floor can accommodate large parties, so it was quite crowded. The owner of the restaurant is good friends with everyone in Akabu! So after a toast of beer🍻, we started with a Junmai Ginjo from Akabu. As usual, it is slightly sweet and has a wonderful, gorgeous mouthfeel. The owner enthusiastically told us that Junmai Ginjo is the most recommended by the members of Akabu. The sashimi platter was also gorgeous and very tasty! 🎉
