Kangiku OCEAN99 Junmai Daiginjo Starlight Sea-Unfiltered Nama-shu
This is the third summer sake from Shangiku's Ocean99 lineup.
This sake is made from Hokkaido's sake rice, Comet, and has the most gorgeous aroma among Ocean99's summer sake. Compared to Aomi, the sweetness and acidity are more subdued.
It is also delicious.
Among Ocean99's summer liquors, Qinghai > Hoshikai > Kukai are my favorites in that order. I would like to buy a bottle of Aomi and Hoshikai next time.
