It's been a while since we last visited Akishika. Akishika is also a sake that I thought was "delicious" when I did not know much about Japanese sake.
It has a firm mouthfeel, and you can taste the umami and acidity, which makes you think, "This is Akishika.
The acidity and sweetness come first, and then the spiciness comes out and lingers in the aftertaste.
It is light, slightly spicy, and has a strong acidity.
It is one of the best sake.
