I went to Niigata Hasegawa-ya in Nishigamata-ku on my way to Iwaishitsu, although another one was opened in front of Niigata Station. As I expected, this shop has a large selection of goods.
Emishiki, a Shiga sake that I was interested in. Hasegawa-ya had a variety of brands, but I decided to try this Sensation white, which is standard and sweet.
The aroma was gentle, with a hint of koji, sweet apples, and dairy products,

The price is reasonable and good for a Daiginjo-grade sake.
It is sweet and delicious!
