I was allowed to bring it to a personal farewell party for a senior colleague who has been a great help to me.
I took a shot 😅 and said it was "one of my most favorite sakes.
I asked for half hot sake at a sushi restaurant I wasn't that familiar with 🙇♂️
The other senior member of the group, who was also participating in the event, said he was used to drinking Niigata sake, so this was a sake he had never experienced before. As for the hot sake, they said it was the best heated sake they had ever had... 😉.
All of Etsukaijin's sakes are excellent cold, chilled, or hot (personal preference), and they are also great warmed 💕.
Among them, this Omachi is easy to drink, and again, it is particularly well-balanced 😊.

We had Etsukaijin for the first time at our weekend outing 🤗We had it cold and chilled, but I can only imagine how good heated sake 🍶 would be 🤤!

We think there is no other sake as complex in flavor as Etsukaijin and can be enjoyed at various temperatures 🤗.
