寿梨庵
We have quite a bit of inventory this season, and we want to narrow down the number of hiyaoroshi to make sure we get the right ones... 🎯.
Here is the first one 🤨.
Brown sugar, slightly melon-like aroma 🍈.
Very slight chili 🫧.
Sourness from the attack, and you'd think it would be light... but it has a heavy body and rice flavor 😮.
A burning sensation of alcohol 🔥.
I can't drink a lot of it, but I want to keep piling on 😋.
It's a hiyaoroshi-ish hiyaoroshi of a junmai sake that seems to be a junmai sake ✨.
Accompanied by "Sakanamame", a late harvest edamame to end Niigata's edamame season 🫛!
They are called "phantom beans" because of their short harvest season, but I was able to get some 👍.
They have a firm texture, a strong flavor, and are really great as a snack 😊.
