Quite yellowish. The aroma is not very noticeable. When you drink it, the flavor is stronger than the ginjo aroma, which is typical of junmai sake. It is not sweet, but has a refreshing sensation as if it were a ginjo-shu.
The back of the bottle says it is recommended to be heated, which is quite strange. There are many ways to drink it (it is a draft, so enjoy the changes after a while after opening the bottle, etc.), so a 4-gou bottle is not really enough.
