First drink in four days.
I chose Wakanami.
It is brewed with Jugenmu, a locally produced sake rice.
If you look at it only as a junmai sake, you tend to imagine a robust flavor, but if you actually drink it, it is the exact opposite.
It is fruity and sweet first.
After that, the voluptuous umami spreads out, and with a slight alcohol sensation, the taste finishes off.
I wonder if Wakanami is unified in the brewing of sweet and refreshing sake. It is a stable taste that can be drunk with peace of mind.
