On the left is a directly pumped version of Honochi. Impression TYPE H. Be careful to open the bottle even though it is fire-aged, the aroma is fruity at first, and you can taste the umami firmly at the end of the bottle. The production is definitely delicious. It's a very good one 🤤😋😋😋😋😋.
On the right is ZAKU Condensed H. A special process is used to remove the water part of Honochi and concentrate the original flavor, sweetness, and alcohol content of this 30% alcohol sake. Therefore, it is not sake, but a miscellaneous sake. When I drank it, I found that it was indeed a very concentrated version of Honochi's flavor and sweetness. I experimented to see if it could be watered down to the original Honochi, but it was still a little different, but the water was different too 💦.
