Today we went to Kurando Sake Market in Shinjuku for the first time in a while.
Sharaku Junmai Sake Hatsushibori. It's really not the kind of sake you can drink at Kurando's all-you-can-drink bar. It's fresh, gorgeous, and the acidity is just irresistible. Ahhhh, it's so good!
