ちのWhen I said I wanted to drink this sake hot, the liquor store recommended it to me. I think I was introduced to this sake by the liquor store owner, who said it was not that strong in flavor but had a soft aroma.
It is served lukewarm, and while it has a woody aroma, it tastes quite sweet for a hot sake.
The sweetness lingers afterwards, so it fights against the fishy smell of sashimi (light fish). It went well with the strong flavored chicken giskan.
