しんEikawa is a Japanese sake from Fukushima.
As stated on the label, it is slightly dry and slightly light.
It has a clean aroma and is easy to drink as it does not have the so-called "sake" smell.
It is a sake that goes down smoothly.
We had it cold, but the label also recommends drinking it on the rocks.
