At Kaishuu in Matsuyama City (before the move to Dogo).
We ordered a bottle of otters.
The thirty-nine percent is the middle one.
It's definitely cleaner than the 50%.
It's a very subtle difference, but sake is a very good choice.
It was an interesting night.
