I talked to the master of Shizukiya and this is what I got today.
When I visited Shizukuya to purchase the new Junmai Ginjo, I found this sake left over!
Elegant taste like white peaches!
It just slides right into your body and you can't be happier!
The master said it had no unpleasant juiciness, and I agree with him!
Personally, I used to avoid junmai daiginjos because, although they are beautiful, I always felt that their flavors were too similar.
Maybe it's because it's been a while since I've had one, but this one is superb.
