ラル大佐
A gift from an old friend, a gay man.
He runs a bar in Kokubuncho, Sendai, and although it is an okama bar, it also serves Hiroshima sake.
He was originally a big fan of Hoho sake, but he also got hooked on Kamokin, which he happened to buy by accident, and gave it to me as a year-end gift at the end of last year.
When the bottle was first opened, it was very easy to get used to, with a crisp gaseous sensation and sweet acidity, and was simply a delicious sake.
After two days of drinking, the gaseous sensation disappeared and the elegant sweetness and umami that is typical of Aizan increased. It is also nice and moist, but I personally prefer it right after opening the bottle.
Don't abuse me, it's my own sake language.
〜Duck is a must for seseri nabe!
Thank you very much for the sake!
