I've actually been taking it for 3 days now.
At first it was sputtering, but after the second day it settled down.
I went to the brewery on Sado Island and bought it directly from them.
I bought it on my way home from a long ride on Sado Island on May 21.
The sake seems to be junmai ginjo and tastes a little sweet and refreshing.
It goes well with sashimi.
Sake is becoming more and more refreshing and easy to drink, making it perfect as a food sake. We are very happy!
The alcohol content was 16% and the rice polishing ratio was 58%.
It is a bargain at the low 3,000 yen range.
