うやTonight we had a simple junmai sake from Gekkeikan.
...I was curious about it and thought I had finally found it, but it was still very subtle.
It was described as "gorgeous and juicy," with a rich sweetness and refreshing acidity, but I'm not a fan of this sweetness.
I don't feel like I made a mistake, but I'll drink it.
