I'm taking tomorrow off so I'll be in holiday mode 🤩 ahead of the rest of the week...I'm already in a ruffled mood 😆.
The collaboration between the beautiful and smooth tasting Tenmei and the crisp and dry Machida Shuzo ✨...what will it taste like?
I'm curious to see how it will taste...even before opening the bottle: ☺️
When we opened the bottle...hmmm! Is this Jikin? The aroma is like a ginjo aroma that makes you grin 🥰.
The balance of sweetness and umami is quite close to Tenmei, making it an easy-to-drink mid-meal sake 🤔.
The aftertaste has a bit of bitterness that I don't mind, rather than the dryness that is typical of Machida sake breweries... but it's a little different from what I was hoping for, as there's almost no schwarziness 😅.
Well, personally...I think I prefer the Tenmei Sarasara Junmai I drank before...but I'm looking forward to the taste change from tomorrow onwards 😆.
ps. where is the dry pichi feeling of Machida brewery 😭❓❓

Increased flavor⤴️ and quite a good balance🙆
I mean...it lost a lot of Machida-ness and became almost like Tenmei😅.
Hmmm... 🤔I might not buy it next time 😓.
