Drinking at home.
The last work break of the year, tomorrow is the New Year's vacation.
It is the customary lunch-only, one-person year-end party.
I chose my favorite sake, Saku's 2025 Shinshu Junmai Daiginjo.
I had dashimaki, sashimi, and aji no tataki as snacks.
When you open the cork, you can feel the carbonation.
The aroma is lighter than the previous new sake (before 2024), but the fruity aroma is the same.
When you put it in your mouth, you can taste sweetness and umami, and it finishes with spiciness.
This year it is a little stronger than usual.
It is my favorite drink.
Now I can start working hard tomorrow. ‼️
