This PREMIUM is the top model in the Ichibaisuisei series. Together with the Sake Rice Research Association of Gokome Town in Akita Prefecture, we check the condition of the fields from rice planting to rice harvesting throughout the year, collect the data analyzed by the brewing testing center, manage the rice fields, look at the rice data, etc., and use only the sake rice judged to be the most optimal to brew the sake, and name it "Ippaku Premium". It has been matured for about a year after being squeezed, and it gives the impression of a well-balanced richness and fullness that gently envelops the unique fresh and youthful quality of the sake. Although it is a Junmai Daiginjo, it is not heavy on the palate and is not flashy, and has a relatively light and refreshing flavor.

Hi Samuchi, good evening😄.
I've never had Isshaku's Premium in my hometown 😅🥺✨.
I got a bottle of Tokujun no Sasanigori the other day 🤣 unlike Premium, it's a good cost sake lol
