My favorite honorary chrysanthemum.
The first thing to say about it is that it is a traditional sake.
It has a citrusy sourness and sweetness, like drinking orange juice. There is a little bit of astringency at the end and it becomes like grapefruit.
As the temperature rises, the complexity increases a bit.
I bought it in a bottle to enjoy the change of time.
I plan to add more after a week or two to enjoy the change in taste.
