It's been a long time since I've been in Igarashi, and four years since I've been in Omachi: ❗️
It has a nice aroma like a ripe grape when poured into a glass 😋.
The mouthfeel is very pleasant with its juicy, bubbly and slightly carbonated bubbles 👍.
And the presence of Oumachi's flavor that comes out with a bang is very satisfying 👍❗️
The sharp sharpness from the mid-palate and the bitterness that comes through in the aftertaste tighten up the whole finish 🤤.
It is a wonderfully delicious bottle that is full of drinkability but not heavy at all with a beautiful sake quality 😋.
