On the third day, I heated it up because it is a pure Yamahai Junmai. The acidity and umami are well balanced and take center stage, with a spicy accent at the end. I thought it would be more beautiful and umami if it were somewhat close to tobikkiri because it becomes dry when it is warmed up 😊.
