My father from Nagano brought it to me as a souvenir from his visit to Suwa. He said that for his mother, who is from Nagano (she started drinking sake quite recently), Masumi has the image of a popular sake, a sake for non-beer drinkers. Is it light? Such is the first sip. The first sip is a light one, with a sweet and umami taste, followed by a spicy and acidic taste in the second half, The acidity comes in the second half. The more you savor it, the more you realize that it is surprisingly rich. The more you savor it, the more you realize that it is surprisingly full-bodied, but there is also a dry taste in the background that reminds you of the Nagano sake you had 10 years ago. On the second day, the flavor seems to have increased. It is better than the first day. On the third day, I heated it up because it is a pure Yamahai Junmai. This is good. ❗️ The flavors, which were at different times in the cold sake, came together and the acidity and umami took center stage in a good balance. The acidity and umami are well balanced and take center stage, with a spicy accent at the end. I thought it would be more beautiful and umami if it were somewhat close to tobikkiri because it becomes dry when it is warmed up 😊. This is a new discovery. Yummy ‼️ Mom, it's not a popular sake for the non-beer drinkers, right? No? I'm a non-believer?
