Nf bapak
It is a beautiful, clean and refreshing sake with a light and tasty mouthfeel and fruity acidity. If you ask whether it is sweet or spicy, it is on the sweet side, but I don't think it is dessert-like enough to be called "sweet and delicious.
It is enjoyable enough on its own, and can be enjoyed with osechi and zoni without fighting with each other.
Although it is a 60% polished rice junmai standard, there is no hint of a muddy taste. It is a quintessential Akabu. It has recently become difficult to obtain as it is already sold out by the time I get a line from the liquor store informing me of its arrival....
The usual sofa for taking sake photos was occupied by my sons who were watching the rating check, so I had to use another place.
