Junmai Daiginjo sake made from Ginpu, a sake rice produced in Hokkaido.
It has a smooth mouthfeel, and the flavor spreads slowly and has a long aftertaste.
However, the aftertaste is not sticky, and it is refreshing.
We had it at a sushi restaurant and it was a wonderful sake that harmonized with the meal and enhanced the taste of both😊.
