I was so taken by the gorgeousness of the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day that I opened a bottle of wine.
I wondered if it even existed. I was wondering if it even existed, but luckily I was able to welcome it into my home...thank you so much 🙏.
The aroma is more Shinsei than 🍊! 🤣

I can feel a hint of citrus 🍊 in the ook!
Not as much raspberry as the Cosmos, but a solid Shinsei-like wooden vat aroma and umami!
Not as clean as Viridian, but also has a taste that lingers on the palate.
All in all...one to keep at home if you can get your hands on it😍.
